A day at the Ontario Science Centre. The kids never seem to get bored. Thank goodness we bought a seasons pass. It's a great way to spend the day. Today wasn't too busy but weekdays are the best. Very few people!
The boys (and my) favourite store ~ Bass Pro (or the 'fish store' as we call it) at Vaughan Mills. Eyal trying out the mini ATV. I'm in trouble when these guys get a little older. (Sorry about the quality....iPhone pic and a boy who would not sit still.)
Eyal has word trains he has to practise everyday. Once he knows a word he colours it in and hands it back to the teacher so that he can receive the next one. We were reviewing the words when we came to the word COULD. Eyal hesitated and thought about it very hard (this is a tricky word for him) then he blurted out COLLABORATE. SO funny and SO cute. Threw me for a loop. Where that came from I'll never know!
A day in the life of Ari. He absolutely loves the computer and Nickjr.com. Not to mention, he's helped me figure out a lot of the iMac shortcuts over the past year!
My morning coffee and surfing time. Always well before the kiddies get up. It's either that or late at night. These seem to be the only two times I get to myself - EVER! It was a very busy day. Hebrew school, Eyal's girlfriend Aleksa's birthday party and piano. Poor kid was zonked by 4:30 (especially since he only got to sleep at about 11:30 the night before after seeing Monster Jam). ETA.....MUST clean the office. Three years in this house and I still haven't gotten around to it!
Monster Jam!! We took the boys to see the trucks at the Rogers Centre and they loved it. So did I. Never in a million years would I have thought I'd be cheering on these big trucks. Ari especially loved the trick dirt bike riders during the 'half-time' show. It was well worth the money just to see the look on his face. Must keep that motorcycle key away from him when he gets older.
So, I decided to begin a blog to document the year 2010 one day at a time, one photo at a time. I got slightly sidetracked (understatement) but I'm back! It's an idea I can't take credit for but am very excited I stumbled upon. (Thanks to my TB ladies!)
Enjoy!
